These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hero's Discount Tracker mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by KSH Apps ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for first responders, emergency medical technicians, firefighters, law enforcement officers, active duty military service members, National Guard and Reserve members, veterans, and their families. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent discount information
• Claim a discount you are not eligible to receive
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service

3. Discount Information

The discounts listed in the Service are provided for informational purposes only. We work to keep discount information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that any discount is currently valid, offered at your location, or applicable to your situation. Participation, amounts, and eligibility requirements are set by each business and can change at any time without notice. Always verify a discount directly with the business before making a purchase.

4. User Submissions

When you submit a discount or other content to the Service, you grant KSH Apps a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You represent that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate any third-party rights. We may review, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion.

5. Pro Subscription

Viewing discounts in the app is free. Pro is a paid subscription available at $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year, which unlocks unlimited AI receipt scanning, savings analytics and the monthly calendar, local discounts near you, the ability to submit discounts to the community, and referral rewards. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and are subject to the Apple App Store terms. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel at any time in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled per Apple's policy.

6. Third-Party Trademarks

Business names and trademarks referenced in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the businesses offering the listed discounts. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement of KSH Apps or Hero's Discount Tracker.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property in the Service are owned by or licensed to KSH Apps. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-ASSISTED RECEIPT SCANNING MAY PRODUCE INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE RESULTS AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED ON AS A FINANCIAL RECORD.

Hero's Discount Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, or any government, fire, law enforcement, or emergency medical services agency.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KSH APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
